This Privacy Policy explains what information StoneMile Technology collects when you visit stonemile.com, send a message through the contact form, or book a call, and how that information is used, shared, kept, and deleted.

The short version: we collect only what you choose to send us, we use it to answer you and do the work, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.

1Scope

This Policy covers the StoneMile Technology website at www.stonemile.com, including the contact form, the online booking page, and the informational pages describing our IT consulting and blockchain education services. It also covers Hermes Gmail Monitor, our email monitoring and management application, as described in the Hermes Gmail Monitor section below.

It does not cover Axiom CEO, its branded bots, or Axiom Prime SMS/MMS and voice communications. Those are a separate service with their own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, which include the SMS program terms, opt-out instructions, and how phone numbers and consent records are handled.

2Who We Are

StoneMile Technology is an IT consulting firm operated by Zeddie Williams in Palm Coast, Florida. For anything in this Policy, including a request to access or delete your information, contact us at:

Emailzeddie@stonemile.com
Phone386-295-3152

3Information You Provide

You can browse this site without giving us any personal information. We receive information only when you choose to send it.

Contact form. The form on our contact section asks for your name and email address, and optionally your phone number, the type of help you are looking for, and a message describing your situation. Everything in that message is up to you. Please do not send passwords, account numbers, recovery phrases, private keys, or other credentials through the form.

Booking a call. Scheduling through the booking widget sends your name, email address, chosen time, and anything you type into the scheduling form to Calendly, which passes it to us and adds the meeting to our calendar.

Direct contact. If you call or email us, we receive whatever you include in that call or message. Text messaging and AI-assisted call handling are part of Axiom Prime and are governed by its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

4Information Collected Automatically

Our web host records standard server log information when a page is requested, including the IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, referring page, and the date and time. These logs are used to keep the site running, diagnose errors, and investigate abuse or attacks.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, session recording, or cross-site behavioral tracking on this site.

5Hermes Gmail Monitor and Google User Data

Hermes Gmail Monitor is an email monitoring and management application operated by StoneMile Technology. It connects to Gmail accounts only after the account owner authorizes it through Google's OAuth sign-in process. We never ask for, receive, or store your Google account password.

Data accessed. Depending on the permissions you approve, Hermes may access the content and metadata of your Gmail messages and threads (such as sender, recipients, subject, date, labels, message body, and attachments), your Gmail labels, and drafts. Hermes does not access Google account data beyond the permissions you grant.

How it is used. Google user data is used only to provide the functions you authorize: monitoring incoming email, reading and searching messages and threads, identifying and categorizing messages that need attention, organizing mail with labels, creating drafts, and sending or replying to email when you authorize it.

What we do not do. Google user data is not sold, is not used for advertising, retargeting, or interest-based ads, and is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. It is not used to build user profiles unrelated to the service or to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models. People do not read your email except with your permission, where needed for security purposes or to comply with law, or where the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.

Sharing. Google user data is transferred only as needed to provide or improve the user-facing functions of Hermes, to comply with law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to users.

Storage, security, and retention. OAuth tokens and any Google user data Hermes processes are protected with encryption in transit and access controls limited to the people and systems that operate the service. Data is kept only as long as needed to provide the functions you authorized and is then deleted.

Revoking access and deletion. You can revoke Hermes Gmail Monitor's access at any time from your Google Account permissions page. To have data Hermes holds about your account deleted, email zeddie@stonemile.com with the subject line "Hermes Data Deletion" and we will delete it unless we are legally required to keep it.

Limited Use. Hermes Gmail Monitor's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6Cookies

The StoneMile website does not set its own cookies and does not use browser storage to profile visitors.

Two embedded third-party services may set their own cookies or similar technologies in your browser when the relevant page loads:

  • The booking widget on the homepage, provided by Calendly, when you open or interact with it.
  • Font delivery from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address in order to serve the typefaces used across the site.

Your browser settings can block or delete cookies. Blocking them may stop the booking widget from loading, in which case the phone number and email address shown beneath it still work.

7Third-Party Services

We use a small number of outside providers to run this site. Each has its own privacy policy governing the information it receives:

ProviderPurposeWhat it receives
SiteGroundWeb hostingServer log information for every page request
FormspreeContact form deliveryThe contents of a form you submit, and your email address
CalendlyCall schedulingYour name, email address, selected time, and anything you enter when booking
Google FontsTypeface deliveryYour IP address and basic browser information

These providers are used to deliver the site and respond to you. We do not authorize them to use your information for their own unrelated marketing.

8How We Use Information

Information from this site is used to:

  • Answer your question and respond to your inquiry.
  • Schedule, confirm, and prepare for a call or meeting.
  • Provide consulting services you engage us for, and communicate about that work.
  • Keep records of business communications, quotes, and engagements.
  • Operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
  • Comply with legal or tax obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, rent it, or trade it. We do not add you to a marketing list because you used the contact form, and we do not use your information for advertising or profiling.

9How We Share Information

We share information only in these situations:

  • With the service providers listed above, to the extent needed to deliver the site and its features.
  • With professional advisers such as an accountant or attorney, where reasonably necessary.
  • When required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request, or where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, safety, or property, or those of others.
  • In connection with a sale, merger, or transfer of the business, subject to applicable law.

10Data Retention

Contact form submissions and email correspondence are kept as long as needed to respond and to maintain a reasonable business record, and are then deleted. Records tied to a paid engagement are kept longer where needed for accounting, tax, and legal purposes. Server logs are retained by our host for a limited period.

You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

11Security

The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls and current software on the systems we use.

No website or email system is completely secure. Email in particular is not a secure channel, so please do not send credentials, account numbers, or other sensitive material to us by email or through the contact form.

12Your Choices and Rights

You may ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. Email zeddie@stonemile.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and enough detail for us to find your records.

Depending on where you live, state or national privacy law may give you additional rights, such as portability or the right to object to certain processing. We honor applicable rights and will not treat you differently for exercising them. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

You can also stop hearing from us at any time by replying to any message and telling us so.

13Children's Privacy

This site is intended for businesses and adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 through this site. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

14Links to Other Sites

This site links to outside pages, including our Facebook page and the scheduling and form services described above. Once you follow a link off stonemile.com, that site's own privacy policy governs what it collects.

15Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the site or our practices change. The revised version will carry a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
